Where do the requests come from?
From garages on Autowork Garage booking a tow from a job card, and from car owners asking for help in the Autowork app. You choose the emirates you cover.
Do my drivers need a special device?
No — their own phones. The driver's screen works in the browser and installs like an app; while a job is on the road it shares the truck's position.
How are prices agreed?
You set a call-out fee, a price per km, night and accident fees and fixed prices. You send a price before the truck goes; a car owner accepts it in the app, and a garage's tow goes on its account.
How do I get paid?
You issue a VAT invoice when the car is delivered and record cash, card, transfer or your own payment link. The owner sees your link or IBAN; garages see what they owe.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The free plan has 20 requests a month for one person; the paid plans add drivers, tracking for customers, invoices and reports.
